Xposed Magazine respects your privacy rights. This page explains the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and how to exercise them. Residents of other states or regions with similar privacy laws may use the same process.
Our Practices
Xposed Magazine does not sell your personal information for money. Like many websites, however, some third-party cookies used for analytics or embedded content could be considered “sharing” of personal information under the broad definitions of California law. This page lets you opt out of any such sharing.
Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Access the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Non-discrimination: we will never treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights
How to Opt Out
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, do either of the following:
- Email us: Send a request to mathildelacombe031@gmail.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Personal Information.” Include the email address associated with your interactions with the Site so we can honor your request.
- Adjust your browser: Block third-party cookies in your browser settings, or enable a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
We will confirm receipt of your request and respond within the timeframe required by law (generally 15 business days for opt-out requests).
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask for proof of the agent’s authorization and verify your identity before processing the request.
